The house is rented as a whole, so you have the whole space to yourself. The property is available all year round.

Upon arrival, guests are required to fill in the guest book and pay a sojourn tax of 15 CZK/adult/night (children are not charged). Payment can be transferred to the account.

Electricity consumption (5,- CZK/kWh).

The price includes rent, bed linen, towels, tea towels, Wi-Fi, firewood and final cleaning.

Pets are allowed by prior arrangement only. Dog fee – 700 CZK/stay.

A deposit of CZK 5,000 will be charged on arrival.

For reservations made more than 3 months in advance, a deposit of CZK 5,000 is required.
Two months before arrival we will ask you to pay 50% of the total amount. The remaining balance must be paid 22 days before arrival.

We offer our guests a discount for repeat visits.

We reserve the right to refuse bookings for groups of students or minors under 25 years of age.
